Main features:

1. All the vibrating bases feature Moxmec® technology to ensure better reliability in the feeding of small components, as in this case. Moreover, the piezo Moxmec technology allows to reduce power consumption (70 times less) than traditional electromagnetic systems (this means : save energy and save money!)
2. The working units are fixed on a central holder above the disk of the rotary table: this allows an optimum accessibility to the machine in case of intervention and maintenance operations, besides reducing the dimensions of the machines.
3. The pick and place arms have standard stroke and components. They are strong and, thanks to the use of slides, they can grant long duration and the don’t need maintenance. Moreover, they are compact and quick: only Cosberg pick and place arms, with penuematic movement, can reach a speed of 60 cycles/min.
4. The grippers are made by Moxmec®. They have smaller dimensions and higher reliability and speed.
